Are there any side effects?

A. About 1% of women initially suffer a minor/variable increase in their oestrogen symptoms (breast tenderness, fluid, irritability) due to the up-regulation of oestrogen receptors upon the sudden introduction of corrective hormones.

How is the cream used….and why do we use a cream and not a dissolving mouth troche?

A. Good question. The cream is usually applied to the face and neck alternatively, or to the face/neck together and the inner arms alternatively. Night time application suits most women, although it is not mandatory, and morning use suits most men.
